The home was very comfortable and stocked with the necessary items… we really appreciated not having to buy paper products & salt, pepper & oil right off the bat! The kitchen was modern & had all of the cooking pots we needed. There was a drip coffee pot & we left a kuerig pot there too. Beds were very comfortable and it was great having the laundry available. The community was gated and very quiet and tranquil. We used the community pool & hot tub and most of the time we were the only ones using it. Very private and safe. The waterfall off the patio was a perfect backdrop for our happy hours. We enjoyed watching the turtles (big) sunning themselves and the Egrets, Malards & green Heron. Just as we were leaving we saw a few baby mallards swim by👍 Hawa was very attentive and checked in with us periodically to make sure we had what we needed and to answer questions. All & all we would certainly rent this beautiful home again.

Hawa’s home is amazing! I think told her when we arrived 2 weeks ago that I didn’t want to leave and I feel the same way now! Her communication was excellent from the moment I booked and it continued throughout our stay. The neighborhood is fantastic- nice and quiet, and the waterfalls are so relaxing and lovey to watch. This place is a must for anyone! Looking forward to booking with Hawa again!

If you want a beautiful breathtaking experience you have to stay here at the falls. We had an amazing time having coffee on the patio in the morning with the waterfalls close enough to feel like you just stepped into a tropical island paradise in the desert !!!! We were there for over a month and the time flew by. We look forward to coming back for a mini vacation get a way. Thank you Hawa for being a great Host and meeting all our needs.

I highly recommend this home. It is a very quiet neighborhood, well appointed / clean home, and was so much better than a hotel.
Hawa is a caring host who even took time to help us when we needed to get our baseball game on the tv. She offered local tips and responded quickly.
If this home is central to where your headed, rent it. You’ll be happy you did.

The home was very stylish and the beds were comfy. The response time with the home owner was super fast and she was so helpful and thoughtful with anything we needed. The community pool was nice and warm and just right down the street. I would stay her again.

Beautiful home in a safe neighborhood. Close to the lovely, neighborhood pool overlooking the lake. The lagoon and waterfalls that run along the backyard were so beautiful and calming. There was a family of ducks that even came by to visit each morning. Hawa was a wonderful host with great communication. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to make meals.

Love it. Peaceful and serene. So clean and so beautiful. We had so much fun, it was a wonderful mini vacation. Pictures do not do this property justice. It is a must see. The host communicated every step of the way. We would definitely stay there again.
The view was amazing and beautiful. The heated pool was so warm when it needed to be. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is beautiful inside and out. This is a must see property. You won’t regret it.

Can’t say enough about how stunning this house is! When we opened the front door • we were blown away! Everything about the house is beautiful and SO CLEAN too!! We are super picky and felt so comfortable here!!
The master shower was amazing!! The bed so comfortable!! We didn’t use any of the other bedrooms or bathrooms so I’m not sure about them.
The view of pool and lake was amazing!!! We spent so many hours relaxing in the pool and commenting about how beautiful it all was.
We had a couple small things come up but Hawa replied almost immediately and was able to explain what we could do. Was a fabulous experience. Would highly recommend this house for your stay.
*our 2 daughters didn’t stay here but came to visit during the day and loved this house. The one said she loved that you could walk around in your socks and they stayed clean. She really loved the kitchen, living rooms, dining room area, everything about the master bedroom/bathroom and obviously the pool. She said the pictures on here don’t do it justice at all. You will love this place.

Hawa, is the best host. The house is so clean and so relaxing. All of our guest had the best time. Check in and out was super easy was able to meet Hawa in person on the first day which was so nice to have a run down of the house. Super quite and relaxing. The finishes in the house were so beautiful I felt like I was staying in a 5 star resort. We are local and can’t wait for our next staycation!

Spotless and impressive, quiet and safe. The ceilings added a wow factor as did the incredible shower. We loved the pool as well as the ceiling fans during the hot weather and had a relaxing time one evening watching the big screen TV. The king-sized bed in the master was so comfortable and the appliances were all state-of-the-art. Hawa gave us spot-on recommendations for nearby restaurants and was available for any questions.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful...did I mention beautiful. Everything was wonderful. The host contacted me with details of my stay. She was very nice and made sure everything was good for me and was accessible for any questions. Home was equipped with Hulu, Netflix, Sling, etc. I was able to relax in the pool. The sofa was very comfortable and I feel asleep there a few times. The master bedroom was gorgeous. Loved the entire house. I would definitely stay there again.

This is not your baseline Airbnb. The host has updated the property and continues to show care for the property through communication. From the moment we walked into the property we were thrilled! All rooms were great, beds were comfortable. There was space for everyone to enjoy their day. It was nice to relax outside with family and watch the ducks and other aquatic animals enjoy their day. The pool was a major plus and the kitchen was awesome as well!

Hawa was an amazing host! She contacted us for an early check in if we wanted as well as called us as soon as we got in the home. She wanted to make sure everything was to our liking and wanted to make sure all was well. She offered to order anything we needed if something was missing in the kitchen etc. The home was amazingly clean and very stylish. Plenty of kitchen items as well as even spices in the kitchen we could use. We had everything we needed and could not have been more pleased with the home! We wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely use this home again or any home Hawa owns.

Very open floor plan perfect for a family or group. Nice quiet area and was clean inside. Over the last 7 years we have stayed in this area of Chandler and love it so great location just minutes from stores, coffee shops,golfing, walking and hiking. Loved the backyard lake as our kids caught / released over 25 fish at our one week stay! We did not get to use the pool (as it was a cooler week during stay) the pool is not heated so it was to cold to use, but looked in good shape and nice size for 2-3 people. Host was very responsive and nice.

This house is beautiful. Brand new remodel with quality finishes. Well decorated with useful furnishings. Master suite is amazing. Huge walk in shower with multiple shower heads. Huge soaking tub and large walk in closet.
Very private location, never see or hear anyone while in the back yard.
The house has room for 8 adults easy.

The house and location was exceptional. The house was cleaned and sanitized as promised. A lot of hosts say the house is “sanitized”, but in reality it is not up to par. However, this host put a great deal and effort into making sure we were safe and comfortable for the entire duration of our stay. We appreciated the great communication from the start to the end of our visit. The host even went above and beyond by helping us locate a gym for us to workout at during our stay, which was one of the best gyms we’ve ever been to! Hawa, thank you again and thank you for your hospitality. We look forward to staying here again soon! 5 stars all the way

Hawa does not disappoint in hospitality! She is such a kind human and displays a genuine concern to meet our exceptions and needs for our stay. Her home is so beautiful and unique. The kitchen and master bathroom are much more beautiful in person. The entire home has simple and classy decor. My kids enjoyed the paddle boat and we all felt cozy and right at home. The home was in a beautiful neighborhood. You won’t be disappointed if you stay her.

Super beautiful remodeled home. It was such a relief to stay at a house that felt like a home. It is very warm and inviting, super clean and crisp at the same time. Gorgeous kitchen and views of the lake as well as a great split floor plan. The house has everything you need to be comfortable and if there is anything that is felt missing the host, Hawa, is right on it!
The location is great, the Ocotillo area is full of restaurants and prettiness all around you. The neighborhood is super safe and perfect for morning runs and evening walks.
P.S. We brought our own shower soaps (none provided by host) however, I don’t know the expectations of hosts. We ended up buying additional supplies like garbage bags & dishwasher soap, again Idk the expectations on that either and I didn’t want to ask..
Overall, I was sad to leave this home, it was very easy to get attached to it! :) I would definitely love to stay here again!
